Responsibilities
- Technical Support Associate – Voice Process (permanent role).
- Resolving the queries of the customer via calls.
- Should be flexible with Night shift (rotational).
Requirements
- Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply.
- Should have excellent English communication oral and written
- Should have basic knowledge about Broadband, Technical Support, ISP, Smartphones, Laptop, Telecom, Networking, Troubleshooting, Customer Support.
- Should know to handle the customers and resolve there issues.
- Looking for immediate joiners only.
- Freshers with excellent communication can apply.
- Candidates should have excellent writing skills.
- Candidates Who Have Voice Experience Can Apply.
- Candidates should have updated resume, recent photo for Identy verification and Aadhaar (mandatory).
