Assigned to Regional, Site or Area office to assist in various office functions such as clerical, administrative, timekeeper, payroll, etc. (G•UB•MK Accounting Assistant N06)

Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll and administrative duties, assist with payroll support, process paperwork, filing, enter employee information, clerical, provide various reports, copying, scanning, answer phones.
- Other duties as assigned (training provided as required, etc.)
- Day shift – Work Hours 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday then 09/30/2021 6:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Saturday (during outage) Overtime may be required and varies by workload during outage time period.
- Special Job Requirements – Ability to move throughout a construction site or power plant.
- Overtime will be compensated at 1 ½ times the base hourly rate.
- Employees are paid every two weeks.
Requirements
- Vocational training and/or 1+ years of directly applicable experience..
- Computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office).
- Training for utilization of current payroll system will be provided
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- High School certificate minimum.
- Degree in finance or accounting (accounts receivable / payable).
- Business background (accounting / office systems).
- Time Entry Skills.
- Previous TVA experience.
