Assigned to Regional, Site or Area office to assist in various office functions such as clerical, administrative, timekeeper, payroll, etc. (G•UB•MK Accounting Assistant N06)

Responsibilities
-
Assist with payroll and administrative duties, assist with payroll support, process paperwork, filing, enter employee information, clerical, provide various reports, copying, scanning, answer phones.

Other duties as assigned (training provided as required, etc.)

Day shift – Work Hours 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday then 09/30/2021 6:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Saturday (during outage) Overtime may be required and varies by workload during outage time period.

Special Job Requirements – Ability to move throughout a construction site or power plant.

Overtime will be compensated at 1 ½ times the base hourly rate.

Employees are paid every two weeks.
Requirements
-
Vocational training and/or 1+ years of directly applicable experience..

Computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office).

Training for utilization of current payroll system will be provided
-
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
-
High School certificate minimum.

Degree in finance or accounting (accounts receivable / payable).
-
Business background (accounting / office systems).
-
Time Entry Skills.
-
Previous TVA experience.
