Deep experience of networking technologies, such as Security, proxy, GNAC, IDS/IPS, routing, switching, managing heterogeneous environment.
Direct experience designing and managing application gateways and web application firewalls .
Experience with firewalls (Azure and Fortinet firewalls).
Understanding of Zone based security
Strong routing and switching skills
The position of a Network Security L3 is responsible for the ongoing Network Security Operations management to provide 24×7 support
Provide tier-3 (expert level) operational support for Firewalls, Proxies, IDS/IPS, NAC to resolve critical business issues that require deep network troubleshooting techniques and performance.
Independently own the Security Infrastructure support solving complex issues and suggest design modifications as appropriate.
Should have Capability to conduct risk analysis, impact analysis, dependencies on customer/internal teams,
Certifications is a must (PCNA, CCNP Security, CCDP, CCIE Security).
Execute and analyze packet captures using Wireshark and other related technologies
Good to have:
Incident response and remediation
MS365 suite especially MS Intune, MS365 Defender, MS Exchange, MS AD and MS AD PIM
Zscaler ZIA, ZPA,
Carbon Black EDR
Proofpoint Email Security
Digital certificate including MS CA and Enterprise PKI
RADIUS and/or TACACS+
WAF, SecDevOps, Forensic analysis.
