Attending Incoming Calls of clients & resolving their issues which may range from Payment Update for Trading A/Cs to resolving issues regarding rejected orders in the Stock Exchanges.
Occasionally handling Chat Support and helping clients regarding similar issues as stated above.
Collecting details of prospective clients who have contacted us for A/C Opening and forwarding them to the Sales Team.
Making Outgoing Calls to clients who have been inactive for some time & resolving their issues and getting them to start trading. (Incentives Applicable for successful Reactivation of Existing Inactive Clients).
Collecting Feedback from Clients regarding our services and how we can improve them while getting them to rate us across various platforms.
Maintaining a High level of Professionalism while handling calls from Clients.
Will be required to pass NISM certification after joining us, the training for which will be provided.
