Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google Business and other social media best practices.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer.
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Manage the reports necessary to show growth and performance of the team.
- Build and maintain a relationship with online personalities and influencers.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Great leadership, presentation and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
- Experience and knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn.
- Understanding of Social Media Marketing / engagement.
