Responsibilities

Technical Support Associate – Voice Process (permanent role).

Resolving the queries of the customer via calls.

Should be flexible with Night shift (rotational).
Requirements
-
Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply.

Should have excellent English communication oral and written
-
Should have basic knowledge about Broadband, Technical Support, ISP, Smartphones, Laptop, Telecom, Networking, Troubleshooting, Customer Support.

Should know to handle the customers and resolve there issues.

Looking for immediate joiners only.

Freshers with excellent communication can apply.

Candidates should have excellent writing skills.
