Job Description
A telecaller is someone who telephones prospects and customers to gather information, advertise or sell the company’s products or services, or answer consumer questions.
A Telecaller routinely memorizes conversation scripts in order to create rapport with sales leads, inform them of their offerings, and guide them through the buying process.
As a telecaller, you must be able to sell both goods and services over the phone. This means you must have a solid history in sales and marketing. Telecallers are similar to direct sales reps in that they do not speak with customers face to face.

Responsibilities
- Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls: Telecallers may be responsible for answering calls from customers and responding to their inquiries, as well as making calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Resolving Customer Complaints and Concerns: Telecallers should be able to listen to and understand customer complaints and work to resolve any issues in a satisfactory manner.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort with using computers and inputting data quickly and accurately.
