The Labor Relations Specialist will perform due process on administrative cases, grievances and labor cases of employees, with reference to the Company’s Employee Discipline Policy and standard procedures.

Responsibilities
- Process people discipline cases across departments.
- Conduct reviews on received incident reports for appropriate action.
- Monitor and update case monitoring file on processed cases for weekly reports.
- Draft notices, such as Return To Work Order, Notice to Explain (NTE) and Notice of Disciplinary Action (NODA), and other documents required during case investigation.
- Participate in the creation, reviews and execution of Labor Relations related policies and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Provide recommendations for process improvement to the People Management and Development team.
- Keep abreast with current & new DOLE circulars, labor laws & regulations.
- Assist the Labor Relations Officer in other functions related to Labor Relations.
Requirements
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably related to Psychology, HR Management, Behavioral Sciences or any business related course.
- At least 1- year of work experience in the Employee Relations and Labor Relations facet.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and writing.
- Must have experience in drafting company memos and notices.
