Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card payments.
Actively promote sales and special promotions to customers.
Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting periodic stock checks.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Uphold company policies and procedures regarding sales transactions and customer interactions.
Stay informed about product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager or supervisor.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail is a plus.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic math skills for processing transactions.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
