Responsibilities
- Achieve weekly, monthly sales and client retention targets.
- Prompt resolution of client complaints.
- Daily 18-20 client video meetings and call discussions.
- Accurate mapping of products / services in clients e-catalog.
- Systematic follow-up with the clients to ensure time-bound closure.
- The position holder will be an individual contributor.
- Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients.
- Ensure that clients are using and derive benefit from IndiaMART.
Requirements
- Application of sales techniques.
- Good Verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Should have a laptop and regular WiFi connectivity.
