Responsibilities
-
Directly involve in supporting production team on daily operation of bearing and harness.
-
Assisting Process Engineer (PE) to create task list / router / job chart for new and existing (Cleaning and Inspection) on bearing and harness process.
-
Helping engineers in new project implementation related to bearing and harness.
-
Helping Inspection Engineer on MRB and Inspection discrepancies.
-
Raise inquiries to CFMi to salvage / save parts.
-
Helping PE to review Manual Update revision; including but not limited to reviewing CKT program, update ID plug revision number.
-
Experiences will include exposure to state-of-art methods of manufacturing.

Support of manufacturing and repair processes of component hardware and module assembly.
-
Root cause and corrective actions (RCCA) and application of statistical control. You will have input into ensuring safe work conditions via EHS initiatives.

Applying LEAN and Six Sigma principles to drive productivity.

On time delivery.
Requirements
-
Diploma / Degree in Aviation, Mechanical or relevant engineering field.

1 to 2 years of related experience.

Fresh grads can be considered.
