Salary starts : 2.5 & + according to the experience



  • Creating Vendor List throughout the Globe and various Marketing materials to promote Brand name of the company.
  • Proven Bench Sales in the US & EU IT Staffing Market.
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts to create sales-ready leads and opportunities.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity.
  • Interact with prospects via telephone, email, social, and other digital forums.
  • Disseminate opportunities via a regular connection with the business.
  • Good Exposure to Indian and International companies and job market. US or EU sales & B2B Sales.
  • Generating Leads and working closely with the Head to close the deals.
  • Email, phone, and Social campaigns to create a business pipeline.
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization


  • Good Understanding of pitching for Projects, Staffing Business, Bench Sales, and International Process.
  • Self-motivated and Disciplined to Work with Limited Supervision.
  • Excellent working skills on CRM and Sales Automation.
