Responsible for designing, building, delivering and maintaining software applications & services in GE Renewable Energy Team.
Candidate will be working on the development of web applications using Front-End technologies (Angular, JS, HTML5, CSS, Node JS, NestJS) Micro services Rest APIs.

Responsibilities
-
Contribute to cloud based product technical architecture reviews.

Must have worked and be conversant with Agile Methodologies.

Design Architecture during discovery, validate UX mock-ups technically.

Responsible for technical approaches for the sprints.

Develop high quality code adhering to standard design patterns.
-
Capable of researching and exploring new technologies and their implications within projects.

Strong and Adaptive team player.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or Computer Science discipline or equivalent.

Preferably 6+ years of experience as a full stack software developer.
-
Knowledge of Kubernetes deployment, experience in Linux environment.
-
Experience in working on a Test Driven (TDD) Agile Software development cycle will be a plus.

Expert in Angular, HTML5, NodeJS, NestJS/Express.

Relational and NoSQL DBs (PostgreSQL, TimeScaleDB).

Test Framework – Jest.
-
Expert in developing UI applications using Angular/Typescript/JavaScript/SASS/CSS.
-
Strong understanding in containerizing microservices using Docker.
-
Good understanding of DevOps CICD tools – git, Jenkins, Sonar, Coverity, Lint, Dockers etc.
