We are searching for a talented, dynamic, hands on Business Operations Analyst to be part of the Business Operations team within SEBU SASE. We are a fast-growing BU at the center of highly visible VMware-wide initiatives. Consequently, we need someone with excellent oral and written communication skills, able to work as an individual contributor and as part of a team, and someone who is proactive in solving problems with a sense of urgency.
The overarching goal of this role is to be the glue within our business operations team. To proactively direct and solve problems, to own recurring meetings, recurring presentations, and to support ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Refresh content into high quality packaging across multiple mediums (PowerPoint, excel, graphics etc.).
- Support ad-hoc day-to-day business operational requirements.
- Create authentic and compelling visual narrative in strategic story telling for leadership to steer transformation and engage audience.
- Develop trusted communications relationships with leaders and have a working knowledge of delivering an effective messaging.
- Work with the senior leadership team to develop keynote walking deck presentations in alignment with the corporate strategy.
- Understanding the company objectives and principles to integrate into leadership messaging. A mix of strategic understanding with tactical execution, using creative yet professional writing and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least three years of experience at a technology company.
- Experience communicating with the Executive level.
- Experience using MS Suite of products, as well as generally used day-to-day workplace software products.
- Advanced level skills with PowerPoint, Zoom, Graphics/Images, Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely strong coordination and time management skills detail-oriented.
- Strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing work.
- Ability to take self-initiative and be proactive.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Ability to recognize and appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential material and information.
- Professional presence and engagement style.
